I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) in the State of Texas. I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families build stronger, healthier relationships and create meaningful, lasting change.

Whether clients are facing communication difficulties, relationship conflict, anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting challenges, stress, grief, or personal growth concerns, I strive to provide a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where healing and growth can occur.
K.Rogers

I believe that every person has inherent strengths and that lasting growth begins through a trusting therapeutic relationship built on compassion, collaboration, and respect. Healthy relationships are at the heart of emotional well-being, and my counseling approach is compassionate, strengths-based, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I enjoy helping couples strengthen their relationships, families improve communication and navigate life's challenges together, and individuals develop healthier patterns, greater resilience, and increased confidence.

I welcome clients of all ages, backgrounds, identities, and relationship structures. I am committed to providing culturally responsive, LGBTQIA+ affirming counseling and creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment where every client feels valued and supported.

I recognize that every family has a unique story. Whether navigating relationship challenges, parenting concerns, life transitions, or a loved one sharing an important part of their identity, I strive to provide a respectful, supportive space where everyone feels heard, understood, and empowered to strengthen their relationships and move forward together.

I earned a Master of Education in Counseling and Development from Lamar University, am a Texas Certified School Counselor, and successfully passed the National Counselor Examination (NCE). My professional training includes counseling theories and techniques, multicultural counseling, ethics, family systems, child and adolescent counseling, assessment, career development, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Because every person and every relationship is unique, I tailor counseling to meet each client's individual needs while drawing from evidence-based practices. Along with my professional training, my own life experiences have reinforced the importance of resilience, connection, and hope during life's challenges. These experiences allow me to bring genuine empathy, authenticity, and understanding to the counseling relationship.

Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your relationship, or your family, my goal is to help you build on your strengths, navigate life's challenges with confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change.
